1. How do I make a purchase?
Shopping at NOSHEEN ZAEEM is easy: Browse the website to find what you like. Once you have found an item, choose your size and click on the ‘ADD TO CART’ button on the product page. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the ‘SHOPPING CART’ link at the top of the page. You may add or remove any items before checking out. Click on ‘PROCEED TO PURCHASE’ to complete your order.

2.⁠ ⁠Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at NOSHEEN ZAEEM without creating an account.
However, if you register with us, you will enjoy the following benefits:

•⁠  ⁠Save your details so you may not have to enter NOSHEEN ZAEEM again next time.

Currently, the following online payment methods are accepted at NOSHEEN ZAEEM : VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Shopify Pay. The option of Bank Transfer is also available to customers throughout the world. All your details and data will be securely transmitted from end-to- end via SSL encryption.

5.⁠ ⁠How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
Our outfits are handcrafted and take about 7-10 working days for Pret and 12-15 working days for luxury.However Formals take unto 1 month to get ready. If the order does not reach you in the specified time, please contact our customer service.

6.⁠ ⁠Do you offer same day delivery?
No ,handcrafted outfits can not be delivered on same day.

7.⁠ ⁠How much duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Any duties or customs charges imposed by the destination country will be the client’s responsibility.

8.⁠ ⁠Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
 Orders cannot be cancelled after the duration of 24 hours.

9.⁠ ⁠How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a unique order number. This is what will help you track your order(s). At any point, you may use that number to find out about the order with our customer care and check out the status of your order.

10.⁠ ⁠Are the colors of items shown on the website accurate?
Our team at NOSHEEN ZAEEM has made every possible effort to display the colors of the items as accurately as possible. However, there may appear some difference between the actual color and what you see on your screen. We cannot guarantee that display color on the screen will be completely accurate as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary.
